As we step into 2026, we’d like to take a moment to thank you for being part of the accsyn community. Over the past year, we’ve focused heavily on strengthening the foundation of the platform – performance, control, and flexibility. We’re excited to share what’s new and what’s now available to you.
We’re pleased to announce that accsyn v3.5 has just been rolled out across all environments, bringing a number of major improvements and long-requested features. Below are some of the highlights.
Modern Admin Pages; Now Fully Deployed
Our new, modern admin interface is now fully live.
The updated admin pages provide full administrative control of your accsyn workspace, including:
• Detailed audit logging
• Workspace level configuration
• Powerful resource and usage monitoring
This update gives administrators clearer visibility, stronger governance, and better insight into how storage, compute, and users are utilized. All-in-all making it easier to scale and manage your environment with confidence.
New Pricing for 2026 – More Flexible, More Scalable
To better support growing teams and dynamic workloads, we’re introducing updated pricing for 2026:
New Cloud Plans
- Essentials | 500 GB, 1 user
- Pro | 1 TB, 2 users
Infrastructure Updates
- Render server pricing has been significantly reduced
- BYOS server licenses are now available on 1, 2, or 3-month rental terms
- Elevated users and compute servers are now billed on a monthly usage basis
This new model allows you to scale users and compute resources up or down as your team evolves or render demand fluctuates. without long-term lock-in.
Multiple Storage Volumes for Cloud Workspaces
Cloud workspaces can now be configured with multiple storage volumes.
This makes it possible to:
- Separate departments, teams, or roles
- Define which users can access specific file areas
- Build clearer, more secure file structures within a single workspace
It’s a powerful step toward more granular access control and better organizational clarity.
Render Farm – Fully Managed in the Web Interface
| accsyn supports render farm functionality, as part of the BYOS (Bring-Your-Own-Server) workspace plan. With the farm you can queue up CPU & GPU intensive long running tasks such as rendering, transcoding, machine learning and simulations. Execution of each application is fully customisable through Python engine scripts, and accsyn is the only farm software that fully supports rendering across multiple physical locations due to its built in file synchronisation capabilities – ideal for cloud render. With v3.5, the farm are now fully manageable directly from the new web admin interface. Key improvements include: – Centralized monitoring and management of render servers, their lanes and assigned render engines. – Job monitoring with progress, previews and management interface. – Support for server pools (was tags). – JPEG previews of rendered frames, generated by the improved Python render engine. – Time-based or load-based server activation (CPU/GPU thresholds) Additionally, the Unreal Engine render pipeline has been updated to support in-editor rendering, offering improved stability, control, and predictability for production workflows.  Learn more about the accsyn Render Farm feature Other Improvements in accsyn v3.5 Alongside the major features above, version 3.5 also includes a number of refinements: – Workspaces can now be renamed – Desktop app improvements, including: – A redesigned folder-share dialog – A more stable and robust login mechanism – Deliveries can now be browsed online before downloading – The Python API is now built with Poetry, with Python 2 support officially dropped – Improved error handling with file transfers, better propagation to logs. – Override volume paths at remote sites.
